Under the supervision of the Store Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining accurate signage and point of sale system information throughout the store (prices, specials, flyers, signs, etc.), entering invoices into the POS, n addition to any other job duties as assigned.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Audit and verify shelf tag accuracy in all departments
- Create and maintain signage for store displays and shelf tags in all departments
- Print, sort, and hang weekly, monthly, and flyer special signs
- Verify pricing on all advertised sale items
- Rectify scanning and pricing issues as they arise by verifying incoming invoices to confirm accurate vendor information
- Enter all invoices into Point of Sale system verifying costs on invoices or inter-store transfer forms against purchase orders
- Work closely with Data Administration and Buyers if/when scanning or pricing discrepancies are identified through the data-entry process
- Work closely with the Cycle Count Supervisor to identify product scanning issues that may affect inventory
- Trouble-shoot technical difficulties with store hardware and/or office equipment
- Liaise with IT contractors to resolve IT issues as necessary (over the phone and in-person)
- Complete general administrative tasks (answering phones, print/scan/fax, etc.)
- Auditing and verifying incoming invoices to confirm accurate pricing from vendors
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Google Drive, Google Docs and Gmail is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and efficient data entry skills
- Previous retail and/or grocery experience is an asset
- Have the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Have the ability to prioritize workloads and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Have the ability to support competing demands
- Be available full-time hours (40 hours/week, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Mon-Fri)
- Have the ability and willingness to work on the occasional Saturday if required (store event or inventory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
