**Job description**

Looking for a challenging position in a fast-paced environment? Liftow Ltd, the largest Toyota Forklift dealership in North America is looking for a bilingual recruiter who specializes in identifying and hiring highly skilled trades - technicians and mechanics for the material handling sector. This position is in Montreal and its primary focus is the Quebec division but is also part of the larger Talent Acquisition team in our head office in Toronto. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify current and prospective vacancies
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract & recruit graduates of college programs and other educational institutions for coop/intern placement etc.
- Follow up with applicants to communicate interview results
- Validate references and other required background checks
- Prepare job offers for hiring managers

**EDUCATION & QUALIFICATONS**
- A post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of previous working experience in Recruitment

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Proven knowledge & experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and composition in both French & English
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well independently and with others, and work well under pressure
- Proven time management skills with strong attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
