**Job Description**:

- Coordinate workflows to ensure processing efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in the development of credit policies and procedures required to ensure maximum efficiencies
- Provide exceptional front line support to dealers by professionally answering questions pertaining to credit decisions and current programs
- Perform other duties and support other departments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual (French/English - both oral and written) is required

Completed College Diploma or University Degree (preference in Business) and/or have equivalent related business experience is required
- Collections and/or Recovery experience is an asset
- Hours of work (EST): Monday to Thursdays 8:00AM to 10:00 PM, Fridays 8:00AM to 8:30PM, Saturdays 8:30AM to 9:00PM (minimum of 2 Saturdays will be required)
- Rotating shifts. Shifts will change based on business needs
- Able to read Credit Bureaus and have strong research and analytical skills is required
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills in order to develop and maintain business relations
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and CASS) are required; Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, resourceful and self-reliant;
- Must be a team player, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and willing to work overtime as required
- Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with all members of the team.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships within Honda North America as well as all other internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop, establish and maintain good working relationship with Honda North America suppliers, partners, consultants, stakeholders and other network contacts.
- Enjoys team-building approach of management and department - shares results.
