**Reporting to the Director of franchisees success**, the Operations Supervisor plays a key role in the overall performance and growth of the Poulet Rouge network. You will ensure operational excellence across your assigned territory by maintaining brand standards, supporting franchisees, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Conduct monthly visits to restaurants within your territory (franchises, academies, and corporate stores, where applicable) to assess compliance with Poulet Rouge’s operational standards.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, food safety regulations, and health and safety policies.
- Identify operational gaps and develop actionable improvement plans in collaboration with franchisees.
- Analyze performance data and provide regular reports and insights to the Operations Director.
- Support franchisees in optimizing operations, improving efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience.
- Communicate proactively with the head office regarding exceptional, recurring, or urgent situations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes across the network.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with franchisees, managers, and local partners.
- Provide coaching and ongoing support to franchisees to help them reach and exceed their performance goals.
- You hold a certifcate or diploma in hospitality management, restaurant operations, or a related field.
- You have
3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, ideally in quality control or franchise operations management.
- You are highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- You are results-oriented, detail-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You are an excellent communicator, in English (French is an asset).
- You are proficient with MYR, Cluster, Google Suite, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- You are flexible, mobile across Canada and hold a valid driver’s license, and a vehicle.
- You are autonomous, take initiative, and can work effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in a franchised or quick-service restaurant environment is a plus
