**The Company**

Arjae Design Solutions Ltd. is a fast growing Engineering, Design and Fabrication company providing unique solutions to clients in the energy industry. With an expanding scope of projects, we are involved in engineering and fabrication of oil & gas equipment, existing plant upgrades, as well as new facility design and fabrication work.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years experience performing related Quality Control and administrative tasks who can work independently and has strong problem-solving and communication skills. As QC/Administrative Assistant your main goal will be to provide a variety of QC and administrative support and services in a fast-paced environment to a variety of groups internally in both the office and fabrication facility.

**Key Responsibilities**

As Quality Control/Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

- Verifying information on MTRs against Bill of Material and Shop Drawings; Maintaining MTR log in job files
- Compiling turnover documentation and preparing binders to be shipped with loads/modules
- Preparing, collecting, tracking, maintaining, revising, and submitting project/QC related documentation
- Completing administrative paperwork and data entry, and perform document control
- Communicating effectively with QC, Production, Project Management, Engineering and other internal teams
- Providing general administrative support to QC Manager & Production Superintendent, and perform other related administrative duties
- Ensuring a very high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work performed
- Performing reception duties for facility
- Following and promoting Arjae’s safety policies, programs and procedures in support of our commitment to the safety of all employees, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Knowledge and experience working with Welding and NDE reports
- Knowledge or regulatory documents AB 83, U-1A, etc.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam preferred
- 2-3 years previous experience performing related QC responsibilities is preferred
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in addition to strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Desire to work in a strong team environment to achieve organizational goals, with the ability to work with minimum supervision
- Self-starter, motivated and ability to perform well under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated experience and commitment to performing detail-oriented work while maintaining very high degree of accuracy
- Previous experience in an engineering and/or fabrication environment preferred
- Certificate or diploma from an Administration-related program is an asset but not required
