Flex-Pression Ltd., expert in flexible piping systems since 1973, custom manufactures flexible corrugated hoses, stainless steel braids, metal hose assemblies and expansion joints. Our products meet all the requirements of the gas, pulp and paper, iron and steel markets and many more. We are currently looking for a customer service and inside sales representative to expand our current team.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, the incumbent will provide customer service to the company, answer customer inquiries and provide support to the entire sales team:
**CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Receive communications from clients, process and track them
- Respond to customer calls
- Order entry
- Track orders and quotations on a daily basis and ensure delivery dates are respected
- Prepare return authorisations
- Provide administrative support to the inside and outside sales team
- Soliciting potential customers who have been referred to the company

**INSIDE SALES**
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Answer clients' technical questions and provide them with the required information in a timely manner
- Refer to price lists to make submissions
- Work closely with the Outside Sales Representatives to achieve the sales objectives of the company; as well as with the purchasing department regarding the different procedures to be followed;
- Communicate with our suppliers to obtain more technical information and the feasibility of special orders
- Maintain up-to-date information in our management system

Here is the profile we are looking for:

- Perfect bilingualism (French and English)
- Experience in customer service
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to express ideas clearly orally and in writing;
- Be professional and organized
- Be independent and reliable
- Have a professional, college or university degree (an asset)
