**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Utilize transportation management systems and AS400 to track shipments and manage data entry tasks efficiently.
- Assist with supply chain management by coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze customer needs and provide solutions related to shipping, receiving, and freight operations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Handle multi-line phone systems effectively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in transportation management systems and supply chain logistics is preferred.
- Familiarity with 3PL operations, freight handling, and shipping & receiving processes is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with customers.
- Experience using multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
