**Spa Manager**

As the department head for the Boathouse Spa, you will provide clear, consistent leadership while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll balance day-to-day operations with strategic planning, champion our values, and ensure every detail reflects our promise of heartfelt service, oceanfront luxury, and holistic wellbeing

**Responsibilities**
- Lead daily spa operations with intention and consistency, delivering elegant, meaningful, and memorable experiences.
- Develop and implement strategic goals, policies, and procedures that support our vision of refined luxury and guest wellbeing.
- Maintain exceptional standards in spa services, professional products, and retail offerings.
- Partner with hotel leadership on annual budgeting, marketing planning, and public relations initiatives.
- Identify new business and marketing opportunities aligned with our brand promise.
- Inspire, train, motivate a multi-faceted spa team with a focus on authentic service/continuous growth.
- Foster a guest-centric culture grounded in empathy, trust, and genuine care.
- Ensure all equipment/facilities remain in pristine condition to provide a trusted sanctuary for our guests.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, maintaining professional integrity and partnership.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market positioning.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in the spa or wellness industry.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.
- Strong leadership, team-building, communication skills with authentic, empathetic approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related f ield preferred.
- Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Commitment to sustainability, responsible practices, and ethical leadership.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and adaptable with creative resilience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
