**RESPONSBILITES**:
- Offer comprehensive guidance to managers and employees regarding HR matters aligning with relevant legislation and our internal protocols
- Work with management and employees on performance matters
- Drive the employee performance review process
- Establish yourself as a reliable point of contact for all employees while ensuring seamless communication
- Develop, improve and maintain Programs, procedures & policies to ensure operational efficiency/legislative requirements
- Work with management to lead our positive company culture and lead initiatives that reinforce our company value and improve morale
- Recruitment: collaborate with management on recruiting for impact, will be responsible for the entire recruitment process & assist in building a talent pipeline for critical positions
- New Team member onboarding
- Work with management to increase team engagement by implementing strategies to align employee goals with company objectives and help build a strong relationship between managers and their teams
- Ensure compliance with labor laws & Human rights Act
- HR metric reporting
- Review & enhance employee programs, benefits, development and our environment by ensuring we remain competitive and compelling
- Assist in maintaining employee files & reporting
- Conduct sensitive investigations, present findings and recommend a course of action
- Assist in employee development/training programs
- Complete semiannually employee satisfaction surveys
- Work with Change Management Team to ensure training requirements meet Elite Criteria
- Work with marketing on recruitment strategies
- Work with management on Team building initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
**QUALIFICATION &**
**EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and creditability
- Excellent relationship management building abilities
- Ability to diffuse difficult situations quickly and professionally
- Ability to Perform Extreme Confidentiality Practices
- Tackle issue head on
- Extremely organized with ability to handle competing priorities
- Experience in dealing with Alberta Employment standards/Human Rights
- Motivated, Ethical Multi-Tasker
- Ability to speak publicly.
- Strong delegation techniques, delivery, and teachings
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Lead/Drive the Company Culture/Team environment
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience specific to this role
- Diploma/Degree in HR or equivalent in years of experience
