**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services through effective communication. A strong emphasis on phone etiquette and the ability to analyze customer needs will be essential for success in this position.

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Upsell products and services where applicable to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially Spanish) are a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or similar software is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Insurance: 1 year (required)
