**SUMMARY**: This position is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of Forward House’s programs and supporting the men in the program in their daily activities, including case management and goal setting.

**REPORTS TO**:Executive Director

**DIRECT REPORTS**:Peer Support Staff, Volunteers

**STATUS**:Permanent Full-Time, 40 Hours/week

**LOCATION**:Winnipeg MB, R2L 0G3

**RENUMERATION**:
Up to $45k per year based on experience and qualifications.

Eligible for cost shared extended health care benefits.

2 Weeks vacation per year.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Persons Check.

Knowledge of addictions and the barriers faced by vulnerable populations.

Supports the Vision, Mission, and Statement of Faith of Forward House.

Proficient in English language skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office 365.

Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.

Experience with development and delivery of programs and services.

Experience with case management and accountability practices.

Experience with data entry.

Willingness to learn and grow in their role and skills.

**PRIORITIES**:Working with participants in the program to set tangible goals for their recovery, and meeting with them regularly to hold them accountable to those goals. Working with the Executive Director to develop and deliver programming that may be beneficial to the participant’s holistic well-being including anger/stress management workshops.

**SECONDARY**: Lead the screening and intake process for new participants, conflict management, making recommendations regarding discipline procedures or expulsion from the program following any major rule breaches by participants, and other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Pay: $37,500.00-$45,000.00 per year
