Reporting to the Manager, are looking for a **Beverage & Treat Supervisor** at **The Fog Company** who is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staffing, cost controls, staff training, budgeting, administration and active floor management during service. This role is a hands-on experience that develops your supervisory experience, coaching skills, coffee & ice cream passion and business acumen, all to build your future and understanding of store management.

**What you will be doing**:

- Supervising and training staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge, as well as ensuring high standard of beverage preparation and presentation
- Ensuring consistency and high quality of beverages
- Interacting with customers, addressing inquiries and handling any complaints
- Monitoring stock levels and keeping waste levels to a minimum

**The person we are looking for has**:

- Experience working in a similar environment in a fast-paced environment, particularly in coffee, dessert, or frozen treat shops
- The ability to process orders efficiently without compromising on quality
- Expertise in managing busy periods during high seasons - such as summers, evenings, weekends, or during special events on the waterfront - when the store sees high foot traffic
- Strong communication and leadership skills
