Our Sales Representatives are responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Meeting or exceeding sales budgets while managing the quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients, meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project sales forecasts.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Prepare presentations and proposals.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Manage customer accounts through consistent messaging and follow-up.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
- Collaborate with internal staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
- Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce inventory.
- Respond to all customer requests within one business day. Following up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**
- Min 3 years of proven experience & knowledge in sales.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport & maintain relationships.
- Proficient in developing and delivering presentations with the ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work requires regional travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
**Working Conditions**
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work requires regional travel and may require occasional overnight travel and weekend and/or evening work.
Hybrid work environment (home office / head office), minimum of 2 days at head office / week.
**Job Benefits**
Famous Toys offers full benefits & 3 weeks’ vacation. The salary compensation package range $50,000 to $70,000 per year.
