**Job Title**: Sales Rep

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new customer relationships while supporting existing customers
- Craft and deliver presentations showcasing the features, benefits and value of our innovative designs
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers when requests are received
- Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Process customer orders, changes or returns according to established operating procedures
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage activities and customer interactions. Maintain detailed and accurate records
- Assisting other departments as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven sales experience, minimum 5 years
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Excellent communication, problem solving and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented growth mindset with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated to work independently while being collaborative in a team environment.
- Willing to contribute to a positive work environment
- Knowledge or experience in the piercing industry an asset
- Willing to travel as required
- Valid driver’s license and use of a vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
