We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to oversee clinic operations while actively driving client growth through outreach and partnership development.

Position Overview:
The Clinic Manager & Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day clinic operations while developing relationships with agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations to attract new clients. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong networking skills and a passion for mental health advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Outreach:

- Build relationships with community organizations, schools, medical professionals, and referral sources to increase client base.
- Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, insurance providers, and corporate wellness programs. - Represent the clinic at networking events, conferences, and community outreach initiatives.
- Implement marketing and outreach strategies to generate leads and referrals.

Clinic Operations & Management:

- Oversee clinic operations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Coordinate with therapists and administrative staff to optimize client experience.
- Track and analyze client inquiries, referrals, and growth trends.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and policies.

Public Relations & Branding:

- Promote clinic services through social media, press releases, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance online and offline visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience in business development, healthcare marketing, or clinic management preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the mental health field and therapy services is an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure.

Compensation Structure:
This is a commission-based position, with compensation tied to:

- Number of new clients brought into the clinic.
- Successful partnerships established with agencies and referral sources.
- Revenue growth directly influenced by outreach efforts.

Pay: $55,627.40-$156,058.73 per year
