Rheumatologist

We are seeking a full-time Rheumatologist to join our physician-owned clinic in a modern medical office building near Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in Oakville. Our clinic has been serving the community for over 10 years, providing exceptional care.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with rheumatic diseases.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and manage pain management strategies for patients.
- Utilize electronic health record systems
- Educate patients and their families about disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
- Stay updated on advancements in rheumatology practices and medical terminology
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

**Requirements**:

- Medical degree (MD) with Fellowship training or with Fellowship in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology are preferred. specialization in Rheumatology.
- Certification the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada/The College of Family Physicians of Canada.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to rheumatic diseases.
- A passion for patient care and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based practice.
