Nous recherchons actuellement un cuisinier qui partagera notre vision de servir des aliments de qualité en utilisant des ingrédients de qualité.
TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES
- Préparer et cuisiner les aliments du menu selon les recettes Bottega
- Préparer les plats en temps opportun
- Aider les autres cuisiniers au besoin
- Surveiller l'inventaire et vérifier la fraîcheur
- Maintenir le contrôle de qualité de chaque plat
- Assurer une présentation attrayante des assiettes
- Respecter les règlements de santé et de sécurité dans la cuisine
Qualifications
- Connaissance des techniques culinaires et des équipements de cuisine
- Expérience de la préparation et de la manipulation des aliments
- Capacité à suivre des recettes
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide
- Capacité à coopérer et à travailler en équipe
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Excellentes capacités de gestion du temps
- Certificat ou diplôme d'une école culinaire reconnue
- Expérience mínimale d'un an dans un rôle similaire
**At Bottega, we strive to offer the highest quality food products, wine, and service. Our menu is inspired by Neapolitan cuisine and the freshest market produce. The Bottega team works diligently to provide a warm and welcoming ambiance, providing guests with a memorable dining experience.
We are currently looking for a cook who will share our vision of preparing quality foods using quality ingredients.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils, equipment, and stock food items
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Bottega recipes
- Cook food in a timely manner
- Assist other cooks as needed
- Monitor inventory and check freshness
- Maintain quality control of each plate
- Ensure appealing plate presentation
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
- QUALIFICATIONS_
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
- Experience with food preparation and food handling
- Ability to follow recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to co-operate and work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Certificate or Diploma from a recognized culinary school
- Minimum one-year experience in a similar role
