Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Summary**:Receptionist position is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience with every client. The receptionist will be responsible for being able to maintain a manner which incorporates the company’s vision and culture. As a part of the Leading-Edge Mobility team they must have great time management skills and be willing to take ownership of their performance and customer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Consulting with clients on variety of products
- Detailed knowledge of each product
- Ensuring clients’ comfort during service by warm greeting, and conversations while in waiting area
- Listening to client’s needs to determine their preferences
- Describing different care products and their benefits
- Maintaining and updating client records
- Acting as salespersons to sell clients retail products
- Building a relationship with clients to ensure return visits
- Maintains quality service by following Leading Edge Mobility standards
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Stay up to date with all changes and information provided by management
- Contributing into the team culture in a positive manner
- Store opening and closing process
- Any other tasks assigned
**Requirements**:
- Good verbal communication
- Computer Skills
- Quick decision making
- Able to work under pressure
- Prepared to respond to client complaints
- Excellent retail product knowledge

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
