**Job Overview**
Hello, my name is Julian. I am very funny, enjoy good long chats and am extremely interested in acting and broadening my social media platform. I volunteer my time as much as I can to meet people and stay close to the artist community. I am looking for a support worker that can assist me with daily living (meal prep, personal care, etc.), being social with friends and helping me access my computer and phone.

I live with my mom and dad, who sometimes work from home. I can plan and choose what my days look like with my support worker. My parents may offer extra care items they need assistance with pertaining to me. I need a support worker who is committed to the job for a year. My mom and I will train any new staff hired.

**Duties**
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the his social interactions.
- Implement daily life plans (with client) tailored to his specific needs and preferences.
- Support him in achieving personal goals and participating in community activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for him by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Report any changes in the his condition to parents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.

**Skills**
- Background in personal care support, particularly for individuals with disabilities.
- Proficient in medication administration and understanding of safety protocols related to caregiving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and his family.
- Patience and empathy are essential traits for providing compassionate support.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring high-quality support.
