**What you’ll be doing**

As our new
- **Marketing Specialist**, you’ll be a key member of our Canada-wide team, creating and executing campaigns while playing an integral role in helping our consultants build winning proposals and RFP responses.
- You’re someone who loves working at the tactical level and putting in all the work required to make a proposal or campaign successful.
- Sound judgement, accountability, and the ability to manage competing priorities will be critical to your success. Our team moves quickly, so we need someone who builds trust through competence, and brings initiative and tenacity to everything they do.Key Responsibilities

**Specific responsibilities will include**:

- Work closely with technical teams to create strong proposals and RFP responses
- Help develop win strategies and pursuit plans
- Design and implementation of custom marketing content and campaigns
- Production of quality content across a variety of platforms, including blogs, social media, and trade show material
- Provide insights and analysis on KPIs related to marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Monitor trends, developments, and technology that might contribute to marketing strategies
- Develop marketing initiatives that support product and segment awareness, engagement, and demand
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with marketing team and various projects teams across the business

**Qualifications**
- 3-8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the environmental services or engineering industry
- Experience with professional writing, including proposals, RFP responses, business communications etc.
- Experience with content creation including blog posts, trade show material, white papers etc.
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Significant experience with Adobe Creative Suite and strong MS Office skills
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or similar fieldCountry
