A day in the life of a Human Resources Coordinator with us, what does it look like?
- Collaborate with the Operations Director to identify recruitment needs and develop talent acquisition strategies;
- Take charge of the entire recruitment process;
- Manage the onboarding of new employees and ensure their proper adaptation to the work environment;
- Maintain a healthy and positive work environment by encouraging communication and collaboration among employees;
- Monitor leave, absences, disciplinary measures, and other employee-related files;
- Collaborate with the marketing and communication department on various projects and events;
- Any other related tasks.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or equivalent experience (an asset);
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills;
- Organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
- Proficiency in English (mandatory), French (an asset), and Spanish (an asset);
- Knowledge of computer tools (Microsoft Office suite, HRIS systems).

Une journée de travail en tant que coordonnateur(trice) en ressources humaines avec nous, c’est quoi?
- Collaborer avec le directeur des opérations pour identifier les besoins en recrutement et développer des stratégies d'acquisition de talents;
- Prendre en charge l’ensemble du processus de recrutement;
- Gérer l’intégration des nouveaux employés (onboarding) et veiller à leur bonne adaptation à l’environnement de travail;
- Maintenir un environnement de travail sain et positif en encourageant la communication et la collaboration entre les employés;
- Appliquer et faire respecter les politiques de l'entreprise en matière de gestion des ressources humaines;
- Assurer le suivi des congés, des absences, des mesures disciplinaires et autres dossiers liés aux employés;
- Collaborer avec le département marketing et communication dans divers projets et événements;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.
Ce dont tu auras besoin:
- Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou expérience équivalente (un atout);
- Minimum de deux ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire;
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, négociation et résolution de conflits;
- Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément;
- Maîtrise de l’anglais (obligatoire), du français (un atout) et de l’espagnol (atout);
- Connaissance des outils informatiques (suite Microsoft Office, systèmes SIRH).
