What you'll do

**Responsibilities**:
Recruitment

Create job postings and post to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Coordinate position promotional strategy with our Director of Marketing
Distribute posting to our community partners (ISANS, Aboriginal Association, NS Works, etc.)
Monitor posting response and work with the Consultant to maximize applicant pool
Conduct pre-screening over the phone or via zoom
Coordinate interviews with the Senior Consultant and clients
Conduct references and other background checks

Writing

Research and writing new policies, reformatting policy manuals, and streamlining documents
Create forms, checklists or other client documents
Review documents for accuracy, grammatical errors, and formatting issues.

Organization

Maintain client drives, electronic employee files, etc.
Collect, organize and manage internal documents and folders in Teams
Support in the administration of projects
Research HR trends, resources, monitoring legislative changes
Assist in compensation research and/or survey coordination
What you'll need

**Qualifications**:
Administrative and/or customer service experience is required
Experience and/or interest in gaining experience in the Human Resource field is preferred
Proven ability to work remotely is required
Must have a natural curiosity and be engaging when communicating with others
Strong attention to detail is essential
Client focus and drive to deliver superior results is a necessity
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) required
Strong MS Office skills
Must be able to build relationships and gain trust with clients and team members quickly
Must be willing to use own laptop/phone (financial reimbursement available)
