We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Recruiter. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to learn and grow in the field of recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are seeking an entry-level position in HR and are excited to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the HR team to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms and websites.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
- Provide support in negotiating job offers and finalizing employment agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
