**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing company objectives
- Supporting day-to-day operations by performing administrative tasks for the HR department
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- 1 year of experience in an administrative or recruitment role is considered an asset
**As an HR Assistant / Recruiter, you will**:
- Assist with recruitment initiatives for various roles within the organization, particularly sales roles
- Work closely with the leadership team across different locations to identify recruitment and administrative needs
- Assist with uploading and maintaining employee documents and files
- Review and update information on company database
**In order to be considered, you must**:
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Be comfortable working with technology; specifically, Microsoft Suits and Google Drive
