- Establish a climate of trust conducive to client retention.
- Answer calls and chats, identify customers needs and make an offer adapted to their lifestyle.
- Efficiently manage your time to optimize call processing.
- Support your teammates. It is by sharing our strategies that we can offer impeccable service.

**Requirements**:
**You will be an outstanding agent if you are**:

- Fluently bilingual in French and English.
- Excellent writing skills.
- High school graduate.
- Able to adapt to changing situations.
- Motivated by helping and building confidence.
- Masterful in the art of analysis and problem solving.

- A 40-hour schedule, Monday through Friday between 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- A salary of $16/ hour for bilingual agents.
