L’Arche Edmonton is seeking a contracted **Program Development Consultant** to support the review and development of our Day Program. This role will engage with various groups, research best practices, and provide a report with recommendations to guide the program’s future.

**Scope of Work**
- Consultation with Executive Director to develop list of consultation groups
- Schedule and conduct interviews with participants, families, staff, board, and community partners
- Research other day programs in the area, other L’Arche communities, and best practices
- Narrow options, recommend best directions, develop budgets
- Prepare a report with findings and recommendations

**Qualifications**
- Experience in research, program evaluation, or community development
- Strong skills in people engagement and interviewing
- Excellent writing and reporting abilities
- Knowledge of the disability sector, particularly day programs

**Time Frame**
- Work to be completed between November 2025 - January 2026
- Approx. 80 hours, $5000 contract value
