Applications are invited for the position of Alumni Engagement Coordinator in the Development and Alumni Relations Division, located at the Niagara Corporate Business Centre located next to the Daniel J. Patterson Campus. The starting salary range is $26.21 /hr for a 35-hour work week. Additional hours may be required as necessary.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Assisting with administrative tasks associated with alumni related events such as tickets for marketing support, contest support and liaising with external stakeholders
- Coordinating alumni related engagement opportunities such as guest speakers, including setting up a suitable date and audio-visual needs
- Coordinating promotion of alumni engagement opportunities via social media channels which includes live Instagram sessions
- Supporting database updates for contact information from alumni

**Qualifications**:

- Two (2) year diploma in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or similar field of study
- Two (2) years of experience in a development and alumni relations unit or a member relations, not for profit capacity
- Excellent communication, research, analytical and organizational skills
- Raiser’s Edge database experience is a preference
- Post Graduate certificate in Fundraising, Event Management or Digital/Direct Marketing is considered an asset
- Experience using social media channels and supporting Zoom webinars
