**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- General coordination of HWAS programming and workshops, such as scheduling, room booking/virtual platforms, registration of students, setup (either in-person or virtual), ordering supplies, etc.
- Receiving requests for HWAS presentations and coordinating with appropriate HWAS faculty, staff and management.
- Coordination with NC departments such as Marketing, Recruitment, NCSAC, Engagement, etc.
- Overseeing advertising/ social media (in collaboration with Marketing).
- Providing support for information database (problem-solving when problems occur, initiating IT requests).
- Tracking metrics for all service provisions in HWAS: Health, Counselling, Accessibility, CDS and Wellness Peers.
- Data Collection for the Accessibility Fund for Students with Disabilities annual report to the Ministry of Colleges and Universities.
- Creation of an annual HWAS data report for Student Services management.
- Processing Payroll and new employee contracts and supporting new employee onboarding.
- Invoicing, attendance tracking and entry, taking meeting minutes.
- Respond to legal requests for personal health information according to PHIPA and FIPPA.
- Oversight of HWAS Procedure Manual and ensuring that it remains current.
- Providing support to the Directors, Health, Wellness and Accessibility Services.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-year diploma in Medical Office Administration, Office Administration, General Business, Humanities, Social Sciences, Science or similar field of study.
- Minimum of (3) three years practical experience in a professional office, preferably in an educational. or social services setting where confidential client records are kept and used on a regular basis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, excel, database management and data analysis is also expected.
