**Job Summary**:The Junior Capture Specialist is responsible for processing sales inquiries and issuing quotes; data entry into the company system; pricing of parts in support of sales inquiries; processing of customer orders; and identifying and developing relationships with potential vendors in support of the company.

**Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Accurate data entry into company system
- Accurate and timely completion of costing worksheets
- Processing of sales inquiries, issuing of quotes
- Research of sources of supply, partner vendors
- Creation of Bills of Materials for assemblies
- Compliance with industry standards under which the Company operates

**Education, Work Experience & Knowledge**:

- Computer literate, and experience working with MS Excel, MS Word required.
- Experience sourcing military parts will be heavily preferred.
- Some Technical Background preferred (Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, technical manuals, etc).
- Experience using military technical manuals preferred.
- Experience in Military logistics will be considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems will be considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of Bills of Materials will be considered an asset.
- Experience compiling proposal cost information will be considered an asset.

**Other Skills/requirements**:

- Ability to communicate effectively in English - spoken and written required
- Ability to work under tight time constraints with composure, dignity and courtesy
- Ability to schedule and prioritize individual work.
- Discretion when handling sensitive information
- Strong Research skills
- Attention to detail and eye for accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $41,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
