A growing digital agency is looking for a Junior Project Manager to communicate with clients and coordinate the development and marketing processes based on clients' requests.

As part of our team, you will be working closely with clients and management in coordinating the workflow of projects with an offshore team in Moscow - group of web developers, graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize, prioritize and monitor day by day activities
- Prepare projects' presentations, execute extensive research, control the deadlines and deliverables
- Brainstorm and come up with creative ideas for the Brands, websites, eCommerce stores & landing pages
- Meet/exceed project deliverables and expectations throughout every project stage
- Provide clear direction and motivation to keep the team focused on the finish line
- Research and create wireframes/guidance for the design team
- Quality assurance control on every step of the project
- Daily communication the team, organize conference calls and meetings
- Coordinate and manage the project: delegate work assignments and set expectations, monitor and manage delegated activities; communicate changes, track and communicate progress
- Content Management System presentation to clients upon project completion

**Qualifications**:

- Geeky mindset. Thinking outside the box.
- Knowledge about the digital industry: web development, social media, lead generation, etc.
- Good understanding of technologies
- Familiarity with WordPress CMS, Figma, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc
- Russian language is a must
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- project management: 1 year (preferred)
- website development: 1 year (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Russian (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Concord, ON L4K 4J4
