**Position Overview**
The Partnership & Product Specialist will play a key role in developing relationships with automotive dealerships, retail partners, and marketing agencies, focusing on product exposure and sales optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales and marketing initiatives that expand market presence, maximize brand exposure and sales opportunities.

- **Partnership Development**: Establish and maintain relationships with automotive dealerships and retail partners, providing valuable insight, guidance and support.
- **Product Displays**:Boost Napier’s product visibility through product displays, event exposure, and various marketing initiatives. Work closely with external partner agencies for product placements in photoshoots and inclusion in marketing materials.
- **Category Optimization**:Work with top retailers such as Costco, Dicks Sporting Goods and Canadian Tire on product alignment strategies, promotional plans, marketing exposure opportunities to gain product exposure and growth through their retail and eCommerce channels.
- **Product Listings & Launches**:Ensure clients represent the brand and products correctly by conducting website audits. Work with retailers to update product content. Assist in the development and implementation of new product launches.
- **Training & Support**: Collaborate with dealership & retail teams to train staff on Napier’s product knowledge and sales techniques. Create training videos, and presentations to train teams remotely.
- **Category Growth**:Launch new products. Implement category strategies that drive growth in line with market trends and consumer demands. Recruit and set-up new retailers. Prepare PPL’s, RFQ’s, client proposals, and negotiate agreements.

**What you need**
- 5 years of experience in relationship development, category management or B2C marketing, preferably in CPG
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, sales or marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Proven track record in driving marketing or sales growth
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-past, entrepreneurial environment
