**OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION**

Napier is searching for a creative, ambitious, and strategic-minded individual to join our growing team as a Partnership Specialist. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales and marketing initiatives that captivate our target audience, expand market presence, maximize brand exposure and drive sales opportunities. You will become a top product expert at Napier, ensuring brand and product consistency across all platforms.

**WHAT YOU GET TO DO**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnership Specialist to join our growing team to drive collaborative efforts with key partners. In this role, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding relationships with retail partners, dealerships, co-marketing companies, and agencies. Your primary goal will be to drive collaborative initiatives, enhance brand visibility, expand market presence, to generate sales opportunities.

**Collaborative Initiatives with dealerships, OEM agencies & co-marketing companies**
- Collaborate with external OEM partner agencies to boost product visibility through high-profile events, product placements in photoshoots, and inclusion in marketing materials.
- Work closely with dealerships to maximize product exposure at dealerships, key events and activations to boost Napier’s product visibility.
- Partner with dealership teams to provide training on Napier’s products and sales strategies. Develop and deliver training materials, including videos and presentations, to effectively train teams remotely.
- Execute joint marketing initiatives with like-minded brands to expand brand reach and engage new customer segments. These campaigns will encompass a variety of marketing tactics, including external contests, giveaways, promotions, events, co-branded content, and joint social media initiatives

**Collaborative Initiatives with retail & OEM partners**
- Work with top retailers on product alignment strategies, promotional plans, marketing exposure opportunities to gain product exposure and growth through their retail and eCommerce channels.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners, delivering exceptional support, guidance, and valuable insights
- Ensure clients represent the brand and products correctly by conducting website audits
- Develop and implement tailored promotions for clients, ensuring alignment with their specific goals and promotional calendars. Negotiate strategic exposure opportunities that boost brand visibility, and maximize the overall effectiveness of campaigns
- Assist in the development and implementation of new product launches for to market introduction to drive product awareness and boost sales growth.
- Working alongside our Sales & Marketing Director, you will contribute to the development of sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches, working closely with OEM vehicle planners and accessory teams at Ford, GM, Honda, Nissan, and Toyota.

**What you need**
- 7+ years of partnership, sales or marketing experience, preferably in the CPG environment
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business or Marketing
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to connect and engage with diverse audiences. Socially confident and skilled at navigating interactions in a variety of settings.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-past, entrepreneurial environment
