**Description**
Our Client is seeking a Change Management Analyst / Vendor Engagement Analyst to develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans and initiatives to support Vendor Engagement Program implementation. This role is responsible for developing and implementing stakeholder engagement initiatives, from designing engagement processes and tools, to developing program materials and communications, and measuring and reporting on project progress.
This role is onsite, Monday to Friday from 815am to 430pm in Edmonton, Alberta. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- 4-year post-secondary education in business, public administration, social science and other relevant fields or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing change management deliverables including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans. (1+ year)
- Experience in project management. (3+ years)
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools.(2+ years)
**Nice To Have Skills**
- Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization. (eg. Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Branch Managers, End Users).(2+ years)
- Experience developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive level.(3+ years)
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint.(1+ year)

- 6 months with 1 possible 12-month extension
