_Capital Appliance Repair is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Dispatch / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our appliance repair services. Your primary responsibilities will include:_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch**:_ _Effectively manage technician schedules, dispatch service calls, and optimize routes for our field technicians. Prioritize service appointments based on urgency and customer needs._
- **Problem Resolution**:_ _Collaborate with technicians and customers to promptly resolve scheduling or service-related issues. Ensure customer needs are met and that any problems are resolved satisfactorily._
- **Team Coordination**:_ _Communicate efficiently with our team of appliance repair technicians, providing them with accurate information and support to enhance their efficiency._

**Qualifications**:

- _High school diploma or equivalent._
- _Proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory._
- _Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field is advantageous._
- _Strong communication skills, including active listening._
- _Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities._
- _Customer-focused with a dedication to delivering excellent service._
- _Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure._
- _Knowledge of appliance repair terminology and processes is a plus._

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nepean, ON K2G 0B3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
