**What you will do**:

- Provide accurate documentation on all vehicle repairs to customers.
- Phone Reception.
- Customer follow-up activities.

**For this role, come equipped with**:

- The ability to work as part of a team and multi-task.
- A strong work ethic and responsibility.
- Experience in the field of work.
- Care for the customer's experience.
- Dedication to being the face of the dealership.
- A happy, confident, approachable, and customer-centric attitude.
- Collision experience is an asset but not required.
- Mitchell experience is an asset but not required.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Dealership: 1 year (preferred)
