**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a **results-driven B2B Sales Representative** with **existing relationships in our industry** (renovation, construction, commercial property, or real estate). If you're well-connected and ready to turn those connections into new business, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Use your existing network to identify and close B2B sales opportunities
- Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones
- Manage a pipeline of prospects through all stages of the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and high client satisfaction
- Report on sales performance and help shape sales strategy
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, renovations, or related industries preferred)
- Proven ability to bring in new business using existing contacts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools
