Eastern Ontario Removal Services (EORS) has been the trusted provider of dignified human remains transportation in the National Capital Region since 2003. Our professional, unmarked fleet and dedicated team serve funeral homes, hospitals, and families with integrity, respect, and care.
**Position**: Human Remains Transport Specialist (Full-Time/Part-Time)
**Location**: Ottawa, ON (serving surrounding areas)
**Schedule**: 8-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends/holidays)
**What You’ll Do**:
- Partner with a coworker to perform removals from private residence, hospitals, and care facilities.
- Transport deceased individuals with dignity.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatchers, funeral directors, and law enforcement.
- Show professionalism and empathy to grieving families.
- Complete documentation accurately, and any additional paperwork pertaining to specific funeral homes.
**What You Bring**:
✔ Compassion and emotional maturity in sensitive situations.
✔ Physical strength (lift **100 lbs.**; push/pull **250 lbs.**).
✔ Valid **G driver’s license** and clean background check.
✔ Availability for **flexible shifts**, including nights/weekends/holidays.
✔ Ability to pass criminal background check.
(Bonus: French proficiency or related experience).

Pay: $17.60-$29.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
