CRM Coordinator

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Build out compelling, data-driven customer journeys across all the different channels.
- Optimize the user funnel and improve the communication and user flows at each touchpoint.
- Conduct constant A/B testing and manage Nutaku's communication calendar.
- Come up with new engaging and creative campaigns, messages, and promotions.
- Optimize performance through analyzing key KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Monthly and Annual reporting of the different campaigns and initiatives.
**What You'll need to be successful**:
- Minimum 3 years related work experience, managing E-Mail marketing and CRM campaigns.
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluent in English with strong written and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM, Customer lifecycle management, and Customer Lifetime Value.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with multitasking capability and prioritization skills.
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- High attention detail, ensuring campaigns are properly configured so only the right audiences receive the right information.
- Qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities.
