- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage front reception desk
- Receive and forward telephone and electronic inquiries to appropriate parties
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain physical and computer-based filing systems
- Manually create and label job files and update electronically
- Data entry as required
- Organize, prepare and clean meeting rooms
- Manage office and kitchen supplies and place orders as needed
- Other general office duties as they arise
- Support Management team as required
**Education and Experience**:
- High School Diploma
- Proven administrative related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skill and attention to detail
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
Compensation will be commensurate with experience level.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 25 per week
