**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while nurturing new leads.
- Present advertising and media solutions to clients, demonstrating the value and effectiveness of our offerings.
- Create customized proposals, pricing strategies, and advertising packages to meet client needs and objectives.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to effectively position our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and creative, to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
- Track sales activities and prepare regular reports on performance against objectives, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to promote the company’s services and expand your network.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in media sales, advertising sales, or a related field (X+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of various media channels, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A passion for media and a keen interest in emerging industry trends.
