Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Coach for our U15 Boys Rep Team for the 2025-2026 season. The coach will be responsible for leading practices, managing games, and supporting the holistic development of players both on and off the court.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver effective practice sessions focusing on skill development, teamwork, and game strategies.
- Provide instruction and feedback during games and tournaments.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined team culture.
- Communicate regularly with athletes, parents, and club administration.
- Ensure compliance with Ontario Basketball Association (OBA) standards and club policies.
- Attend all scheduled practices, league games, and tournaments.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous coaching experience with youth basketball (Rep or school level preferred).
- Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, strategy, and player development.
- NCCP coaching certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends during the season.
- Commitment to fostering respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 6 per week
