We train you from scratch **WHAT YOU’LL DO** This is a hybrid role (not just door knocking): - Promote V.I.L. Landscaping services to homeowners - Learn persuasion, communication, and confidence - Assist crews on real job sites (basic labour + learning the trade) - Help with upsells & on-site customer questions - Get mentored by leaders who’ve built a multi-million-dollar company If you want soft, easy work—this isn’t it. If you want to **build real-world skills** that make you dangerous—this is it. **WHO WE WANT** - College/uni students - Athletes, gym-goers, or competitive personalities - People who can take rejection and bounce back - Those who want to grow into sales, leadership, or management - People who want **year-round work** (rain, snow, heat—doesn’t matter) No experience needed.
