**Job Description**:
**How You’ll Make an Impact**:
Reporting to the Manager, Support Services, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of Logistics operations included but not limited to:

- Provide direction, supervision and leadership to front line employees, including client employees
- Source and order products; prepare reports on same, including coordination of product recalls and/or sources replacement supply items
- Perform audits and provide results / recommendations as needed
- Monitor shipping and receiving for site
- Supervise and monitor work assignments ensuring client needs and expectations are met in accordance with contracts.
- Work closely with vendors and clinical staff to ensure constant communications and appropriate inventory levels as well as building relationships with suppliers/vendors.

**Qualifications**:
**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- Minimum 5 years logistics experience in a healthcare environment
- 3 years’ previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Familiarity with Citrix and McKesson is an asset
- Proficient with MS Office
