**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administration of bi-weekly Canadian and US payrolls for 200+ employees
- Process hires, changes, terminations, timesheets maintenance, bonus and other payments on ADP Workforce Now
- Administration of benefits programs - Enrollments, Changes and Reconciliations
- Reconciling monthly, quarterly and annual government remittances (Federal, Provincial, State)
- Updating and maintaining payroll procedures, guides and other documents
- Respond to queries from employees and external clients
- Ensure accuracy of hours worked by employees
- Responsible for providing payroll reports to Finance.
- Other duties as required
**Required Knowledge and Experience**:
- University degree or College diploma is preferred
- 3+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment
- ADP WorkForce Now (WFN) experience is required
- US Payroll experience is an asset
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel, including V-lookups and PIVOT tables and formulas
- Excellent organizational skills with capability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates professionalism when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels within an organization
