**The Opportunity**

**Requirements**:

- Strong technical background with focus on customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft and linux operating systems with cloud familiarity.
- Security focused complemented by working knowledge.
- Maintain an excellent attention to detail ensuring thorough trouble analysis and resolution.
- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite package, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Establish and maintain strong documentation standards.
- Excellent understanding of infrastructure technologies, implementation, and troubleshooting.
