Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Business Analyst provide production support for existing Information Technology systems including testing fixes and changes for production support requests, providing business analysis service for enhancement requests, and supporting the investigation of production support issues. The Business Analyst will also participate in the continuous improvement of business analysis and testing services and help improve our processes. When required, the Business Analyst is called upon to provide business analysis and testing services to the Information Technology or BTP sub-projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, model, and document all types of requirements for defects, enhancements, and new systems
- Design and execute test cases and test scripts. Test fixes, enhancements, and new solutions to ensure they meet requirements and system goals and fulfill end-user requirements, technical specifications, and integration requirements
- Support the investigation and implementation of production support issues
- Participate in the improvement of business analysis and testing services
- Propose tools and processes to support requirements
- Define solution alternatives and prepare detailed evaluations
- Propose changes that make IT solutions more efficient and reduce operating and/or maintenance costs
- Identify, investigate, and report defects and potential issues
- Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management
- Organize and lead user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Document processes, prepare training material, and deliver training

Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of direct experience in the role of Business Analyst performing process re-designs, and requirements analysis for large and complex information technology projects
- Strong business and requirements analysis, and documentation skills
- Good knowledge of system testing best practices, methodologies, and testing techniques
- Knowledge of system design methodologies and information technology system architecture
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions
- Demonstrated interpersonal, management, and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Strong oral and written skills
- Experience with SQL will be an asset
- Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) will be an asset.
