Odoo ERP Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced project coordinator to assist with Odoo ERP Management, Bookkeeping and Project coordination.

Full time position is available immediately. Knowledge and experience with ERP Systems and bookkeeping is mandatory. Office located in Mississauga, on Queensway & Cawthra. You will be joining a fast-growing family-owned company.

Primary job duties include (but not limited to):

- Coordination of Odoo ERP upgrade project
- ERP management
- Bookkeeping
- Expenses reports preparation
- Invoicing & Accounts Payable
- Project coordination
- HR support
- Assist in other office administration tasks as required

**Skills**:Organized, Flexibility, Reliability, Attention to detail, Excellent oral communication, Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent written communication and record keeping, Ability to multitask.

Computer and Microsoft Office experience mandatory.

Bookkeeping experience

ERP knowledge and experience (knowledge of Odoo platform is a plus but not mandatory)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
