**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to manage project timelines, resources, and documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction processes effectively.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement construction estimating techniques to provide accurate forecasts for labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project progress, changes, and any potential challenges.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project management tasks.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control practices.
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting and construction estimating processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on supervising teams effectively while promoting a safe working environment.

Pay: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
