**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Site Superintendent to join our team at Holaco Construction in Canada. In this pivotal role, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be essential in fostering collaboration among teams and maintaining a safe work environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors and construction crews effectively.
- Review blueprints and schematics to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with project managers to track budgets and schedules.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site to protect workers and minimize risks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management software and tools such as ProCore and Bluebeam.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills with an understanding of schematics.
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting and cost estimation for construction projects.
- Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team collaboration and safety compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
