**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

1. Document Control:

- Manage and organize construction project documents efficiently.
- Maintain version control and document tracking.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project documentation.

2. Technical Proficiency:

- Demonstrate proficiency in Bluebeam for drafting and mark ups
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Support the Superintendent with technical tasks related to project requirements.

3. On-Site Support:

- Participate in light labor work on construction sites as needed.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with project timelines.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment on-site.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent Assistant or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Excel. Auto Cad is a plus
- Document control experience is a plus.
- Exposure to light labor work on construction sites.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.

**Experience**:
Construction 5+ years (preferred)

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
